Product information
This specialized bentonite-illitic clay is developed for granulation and pelleting applications requiring high sorption capacity. With a clay content of approximately 80% and excellent water absorption of 98% (Enslin-Neff method), this product offers optimal binding properties. The mineralogical composition (35% bentonite, 40% illite, 25% kaolinite) provides an ideal balance between plasticity and strength.
